Managing Contracts, Protecting Clients

Managing Contracts, Protecting Clients

In our recent blog, Outstanding Design, Service and Quality – From Start to Finish, we explore how Kimble Roden stays closely involved during every stage of construction.

In our latest blog, we’re focusing on one key aspect of that journey: how we manage contracts and act as advocates for our clients.

As Contract Administrator on many projects, we take on a formal role in managing the agreement between you and your builder – under the widely used JCT contract.

This ensures fairness, accountability and clear oversight.

We handle:

  • Site instructions – delivered promptly to clarify queries and keep progress smooth.

  • Payment certification – so you only pay for what’s properly completed.

  • Managing changes – ensuring scope adjustments are well-documented and fairly valued.

  • Timeline and budget monitoring – reducing risk of overruns or disputes.

Our goal? To safeguard your interests and keep the project moving confidently forward.

Why It All Matters

At Kimble Roden we deliver - high-quality, bespoke residential homes with precision, care, and communication at the centre of everything we do.

Many of our clients come to us with a vision that is deeply personal. That’s why we believe in staying involved all the way to completion.

Whether it’s coordinating a handcrafted staircase, resolving a supply chain delay, or managing expectations between trades, our experience ensures that your home is not only beautifully designed, but immaculately built.

We create Exceptional Residential Design and we see it through to reality.

Our continued involvement during the construction stage is one of the most valuable parts of what we do, and it's where the difference between an ordinary build and an exceptional home is often made.
